Walder Wyss advises Token Flow on its Series A financing round

Token Flow Insights has completed the first close of its Series A financing round with USD 12 million raised to date to expand our unique state processing technology that takes blockchain data analytics to a whole new level. The Geneva based company welcomes Electric Capital and Delta Blockchain Fund as incoming investors in the company, alongside its existing seed investor UDHC.

The funding will be used to increase cross-chain coverage and build higher level datasets with core objects (addresses, contracts, tokens, domains, pools, bridges, etc) and actions (mints, trades, liquidity movements, governance, and more).

Founded in 2021, Token Flow provides contextualized blockchain data and analytics. The company specialises in building tools that allow users to deeply query a decoded history of every event, call, transaction, state-diff, storage-diff and much more throughout a blockchain’s history.

Walder Wyss has acted as counsel to Token Flow Insights on this financing round. The team consisted of partner Hubertus Hillerström (corporate/m&a, pictured), Ken Savioz (associate, corporate/m&a), Hugh Reeves (managing associate, IP/IT), Béatrice Viertl Bujard (senior associate, corporate/m&a), Fabienne Limacher (partner, tax) and Olivier van den Brand (trainee, corporate/m&a).
