Walder Wyss advises Tremor Labs’ co-founders on sale transaction

Walder Wyss advised Tremor Labs’ cofounders Christopher Kindl and Severin Landolt on the sale of all shares of the company to Vercel.

Following the transaction, both Kindl and Landolt will join Vercel’s design engineering team.

The parties

Formerly known as Zeit, Vercel is an American  “platform as a service provider” company. Its tools and cloud infrastructure helps web developers bulding, scaling and streamline their activity.

Tremor is a Y combinatory startup. It features an open source library made out of 35 unique components and 300 blocks that can be copy-pasted to create interactive dashboards and charts.

The team

Managing associate Alice Vorburger (corporate/M&A, pictured left) and partner Ramona Wyss (transaction/regulatory, pictured right) led the Walder Wyss team on the matter, with further support from senior associate Carmen Spichiger (corporate/M&A), partner Fabienne Limacher (tax), associate Daniela Hottiger (tax), as well as senior associate Angelina Pellegrini (employment).
