Walder Wyss advises UBS on a credit facility agreement for Zehnder

UBS Switzerland has acted as mandated lead arranger, sole bookrunner, coordinator, agent and lender in connection with the renewal of the CHF 100 million revolving credit facility agreement with an increase option of CHF 50 million for Zehnder Group. The group is a leading international provider of complete solutions for a healthy and comfortable indoor climate.
