Walder Wyss advises UBS on SpineArt refinancing
Walder Wyss advised UBS Switzerland in connection with the refinancing and increase of secured syndicated credit facilities totaling CHF 50,000,000 and USD 31,500,000.
UBS Switzerland served as mandated lead arranger in the transaction, which will support the continued development of SpineArt, a medtech company specializing in advanced spine surgery solutions.
About the borrower
SpineArt is based in Switzerland, Spain and the United States. The company partners with surgeons and hospitals in over 60 countries to support the adoption of advanced spine technologies aimed at improving patient care.
