Walder Wyss advises UBS on syndicated credit facilities for Groupe Baume

Walder Wyss advised UBS Switzerland as mandated lead arranger, underwriter and fronting bank on a syndicated credit facilites agreement for Groupe Baume to finance the acquisition of certain participations in the companies of the group Baume, including the companies Orolux, Joseph Baume, Paloba, Oropol, Novolux Watch Co and Preciform Co. Group Baume is active in the production of finished products for the watchmaking industry.
