Walder Wyss contributes to FOEN’s Enforcement Aid on climate claims
Walder Wyss was actively involved in the development of the Enforcement Aid for assessing climate-related claims, published by the Federal Office for the Environment (FOEN) in accordance with the revised Federal Act against Unfair Competition (UCA).
The Enforcement Aid defines the legal requirements for climate-related claims, providing companies, authorities and other stakeholders with a framework to ensure legally compliant communication about climate impact.
