Walder Wyss: GarLa Group acquired the majority of Enz Group

GarLa Group acquired the majority of Enz Group. Based on Giswill, Enz Group decided to work together with a strategic and long-term oriented partner and give up the majority of shares in the group.  The intention of the GarLa Group is to build up a larger group of service companies in the german-speaking area in the coming years so this acquisition is part of this strategic plan.

Enz Group is an established Swiss company with roughly 150 employees at different locations around Lake Lucerne operating in the areas of gardening, natural stone and landscape planning. GarLa Group, a portfolio company of Ufenau Capital Partners, is also a provider of gardening and landscaping services offering services to a nationwide customer base.

After the merger with Enz Group, GarLa Group employs more than 220 people at 8 locations and generates total sales of more than CHF 40 million.
