Walder Wyss advised Kanalservice Group, a portfolio company of Ufenau Capital Partners, on its acquisition of Roberit, Labosim Markierungs and Klose-Vital as part of the group’s ongoing growth strategy.
Kanalservice Group is a full-service provider in the field of underground infrastructure maintenance and road markings, with 46 subsidiaries and over 1,200 specialists in Switzerland, Germany, the UK and Belgium.
