Walder Wyss: LBO transaction of Auris Gestion by Andera Partners

The Andera Acto team, in charge of mezzanine sponsorless strategy at Andera Partners, is assisting the Auris Gestion Group with its capital restructuring and development strate. Following a process organised by PAX Corporate Finance, the Auris Group is reorganising its capital with the support of Andera Acto, a leading player in the field of private equity.

Founded in 2004, Auris Gestion is an independent asset management company, comprising Private Banking and Asset Management activities.

Walder Wyss advised Andera Partners on the Swiss legal and tax diligence aspects of this transaction.
