Walder Wyss: new CHF 150m credit facility agreement for Bauwerk
Walder Wyss advised a banking syndicate led by Zürcher Kantonalbank as mandated lead arranger, bookrunner, coordinator and agent on the new CHF 150 million credit facility agreement for Bauwerk Group.
With a turnover of around CHF 350 million and approximately 1,900 employees, Bauwerk Group is one of the world’s leading companies in the parquet industry. The group has production sites in Switzerland, Lithuania, Croatia and the United States.
The Walder Wyss team was led by partner David Borer (banking finance, pictured) and included Valentin Wiesner (managing associate, banking finance) and Maurus Winzap (partner, tax).
