Walder Wyss appoints new partner in Geneva

Walder Wyss has announced the appointment of Ryan Houdrouge (pictured) as a partner. With his addition the firm strengthens the Geneva office and expands its services on administrative law as well as all areas of labour law.

As an accredited labour law expert, Rayan Houdrouge advises and represents Swiss and multinational companies as well as international organizations on all employment law matters. In addition, he has an extensive experience in executive transfers, compensation packages, work regulations, internal audits and collective procedures such as business transfers and collective dismissals. Houdrouge has a huge expertise on social security law and he counts with the Swiss federal certificate. As an accredited expert on the matter, he regularly assists clients in issues related to social security and pension funds, including contentious aspects.

His other main area of practice is competition law, and in particular in the context of internal audits, merger control filings and cartel-related investigations.

Prior to this he leads the Employment and Pensions practice group of Lenz & Staehelin in Geneva.
