Walder Wyss on Ecoreal’s RE portfolio acquisition
Walder Wyss advised Ecoreal, an investment foundation domiciled in Zurich, on its acquisition from an institutional investor of a real estate portfolio comprising eleven properties with a market value exceeding CHF 100 million. The bought properties are spread across Switzerland. As a result, Ecoreal’s real estate portfolio now has a volume of over CHF 2bn.
