Walder Wyss on Planon’s acquisition of AIA

Planon group has acquired AIA Atelier, a Zurich based consultancy firm specialized in the implementation of CAFM/IWMS systems. The company has also been a long-term, valued implementation partner and reseller of Planon. The integration of AIA into Planon will further strengthen its service and implementation capabilities and allow for additional growth opportunities. The AIA team will be fully integrated into the Planon Central Europe organization under the leadership of Stephan Mau, Managing Director of Planon subsidiaries in Central Europe.

Walder Wyss has advised Ludwig Raffler as CEO and seller of AIA on all legal and tax aspects of the transaction. The team was comprised of Urs P. Gnos (partner, m&a, pictured), Christian Lütolf (managing associate, m&a), Thomas Meister (partner, tax) and Janine Corti (counsel, tax).
