Multicurrency Credit Facility Agreement: UBS and On Holding
Walder Wyss provided legal counsel to UBS Switzerland and a consortium of 21 lenders on a new CHF 700 million multicurrency credit facility agreement for On Holding (NYSE: ONON) and its subsidiaries, On AG and On Inc., with Lenz & Staehelin acting as lead counsel.
On is a rapidly expanding Swiss sportswear brand known for its premium performance products, operating in over 60 countries worldwide.
The Walder Wyss team acted as lead counsel to UBS Switzerland and the other syndicate lenders.
