Walder Wyss with Amundi on investment in Youdera Group

Walder Wyss — alongside lead counsel Linklaters — advised Amundi Energy Transition on its investment in Youdera Group, a platform developing and operating distributed energy solutions for commercial and industrial clients across Europe.

The transaction supports Youdera’s EUR 150 million deployment plan, focused on Switzerland, Portugal and Spain.
