Bank J. Safra Sarasin acquires MIV: the advisors
Walder Wyss advised Bank J. Safra Sarasin on the acquisition of 100% of the shares of MIV Asset Management(MIV), a medical technology investment fund advised by Homburger. MIV will maintain its existing investment strategy and organizational structure to ensure solid performance and uninterrupted service for clients.
