Walder Wyss with Dec Group on partnership with ICG

Walder Wyss advised the Dec Group – a specialist in high-containment processing technologies for the pharmaceutical, chemical, and specialty industries – and its existing shareholders, throughout completion of a financial partnership with ICG, an alternative asset manager listed on the LSE.

Capiton V led the transaction in question, and will thus continue to be the main shareholder in the Dec Group.
