EIP invests €192 m in Terralayr: the advisors

Eurazeo Infrastructure Partners (EIP) completed a strategic investment in battery storage developer Terralayr. In connection with the deal, Walder Wyss advised EIP, while Valfor represented Terralayr.

Pursuant to the transaction, EIP will provide — together with the existing investors — growth capital to Terralayr of up to €192 million, aimed at enabling the expansion of the company’s battery storage systems portfolio across the DACH region.

A Norton Rose Fulbright team, led by Munich-based partner Klaus Bader, served as lead counsel for the transaction.
