Walder Wyss with HPS Group on Schibli-Carnelli acquisition
Walder Wyss advised Hanseatic Power Service GmbH (HPS Group), a portfolio company of Ufenau Capital Partners, on its acquisition of Schibli – Carnelli with registered seat in Bellach.
The parties
The buyer, HPS Group, encompasses a group of companies from Hamburg providing various industries with comprehensive solutions in the field of Testing, Inspection, Certification & Services (TIC & S).
The selling part, Schibli – Carnelli, specialises in the repair, maintenance and servicing of electrical machines and generators, as well as transformers, geared motors, and brake motors.
