Walder Wyss with Laveba on structure renewal
Walder Wyss advised the Laveba cooperative group throughout renewing and simplifying its organisational structure.
The context
Headquartered in, the Laveba group is a cooperative trading and service company operating in the energy sector under the Agrola licence brand, in retail under the Landi licence brand and in agriculture and real estate.
Approved unanimously at an extraordinary delegates’ meeting, the new structure features the seven Landi subsidiaries of the group into the newly founded Laveba Landi AG, bringing them together under one organisational umbrella. Moreover, the previous minority shareholders of the Landi subsidiaries were offered the opportunity to sell their shares. Almost all of them took advantage of the offer.
