Walder Wyss with Polymath on Polymesh assets acquisition
Walder Wyss advised Polymath Research on its agreement to acquire certain assets and assumed certain liabilities of Polymesh Association, Zug, including POLYX tokens held by Polymesh Association.
The context
As effect of the acquisition, Polymesh Labs will feature TokenStudio, a self-service decentralised application built on the Polymesh blockchain.
Different versions of TokenStudio have led to the issuance of over 200 different tokens on Ethereum and the Polymesh blockchain.
