Claret invests in SIS Medical: the legal advisors
Claret Capital Partners — a growth debt fund manager with a focus in technology, life sciences and climate tech companies across Europe — completed a strategic investment in Swiss medtech company SIS Medical. In connection with the deal, Wenger Vieli advised Claret, while Walder Wyss represented SIS Medical.
Headquartered in Frauenfeld, SIS Medical develops, manufactures, and distributes cardiovascular products, tailored for the treatment of challenging coronary lesions affected by calcification.
