Walder Wyss advised Sparta Commodities, a specialist in real-time intelligence for commodity traders, in connection with its USD 42m Series-B financing round.
The context
One Peak led the capital round in question, with support from existing investors Singular and FirstMark.
All proceeds from the operation will go toward Sparta’s expansion beyond the oil and gas sector, ideally accelerating its transformation from a data provider into a more comprehensive, AI-powered trading platform.
