Walder Wyss with Swiss Life on CHF 225m bond issuance
Walder Wyss advised Swiss Life as the Swiss insurance company placed a CHF 225 million dated subordinated bond, first callable in January 2032.
The bonds in question were placed with investors in the Swiss Franc market.
