Walder Wyss with Trilantic Europe on Axicom HV acquisition
Walder Wyss advised Trilantic Europe, in connection with the acquisition of all shares in Axicom HV from German investment company RCP. Pursuant to the deal, it’s Energy Transition Investments, an investment company of Trilantic itself, completing the acquisition.
The parties
Trilantic Europe is a private equity active across the European continent and specialised in energy transition.
Headquartered in Wohlen, Switzerland, Axicom manufactures grid components required to transmit renewable power safely and efficiently at high voltage levels.
