Walder Wyss with Voliro on funding round extension
Walder Wyss advised areal robotic specialist Voliro, in connection with the extension of its Series A round, bringing the total raised to USD 23 million.
The context
The extension round encompassed new participation from noa and a debt facility from UBS. Cherry Ventures led the original round. The additional capital will be directed toward the development and global deployment of Voliro’s autonomous aerial inspection robots.
