WalderWyss with Migros on the sale of Misenso
WalderWyss advised Migros-Genossenschafts-Bund (MGB) on the sale of its susbsidiary Misenso to the Neuroth group. As the new owner, the Neuroth Group will continue to operate Misenso under its current name and at its current locations. The staff and management of Misenso will be taken over.

Misenso
Founded in 2020, Misenso today operates 25 specialist stores throughout Switzerland, employing about 200 people and selling hearing aids and glasses in Migros supermarkets and Migros shopping centers.
