Wenger Plattner advises Assepro on Convida acquisition
Wenger Plattner has advised Assepro, a Swiss insurance broker held by The Ardonagh Group, with respect to the acquisition of Convida from its shareholders.
The value of the deal has not been publicly disclosed.
Based in Frauenfeld, in the Canton of Thargau, Convida specialises in insurance and pension consulting, with a particular focus on SMEs as well as private clients.
