Wenger Plattner advises Aurachain on investment by Evolution
Wenger Plattner has advised Aurachain on a strategic growth investment by Evolution Equity Partners, a technology investment firm specializing in cybersecurity, AI and enterprise software.
Aurachain operates as the execution layer for regulated institutions, converting obligations, risk signals, intelligence and AI into governed, auditable action across client lifecycle compliance, financial crime, fraud investigations, third-party risk and operational resilience.
Deal details
The investment is intended to accelerate Aurachain’s expansion in the United States, covering its core enterprise platform, partner ecosystem and Fraud.Watch, a collaborative fraud intelligence network for financial institutions.
