Wenger Plattner’s new partners: Martina Braun & Denise Jagmetti

Wenger Plattner expands its partnership with the appointments of Martina Braun (pictured right) and Denise Jagmetti (pictured left), effective January 1st 2026.

Martina Braun

Martina Braun is a member of Wenger Plattner’s IP, IT & data protection practices as well as of the firm’s recently established sports law group. She advises and represents a diverse clientele —  including national and international companies and start-ups, as well as associations, foundations and private individuals — on contractual matters and complex negotiations. Her practices focuses on copyright, trademark, personality and data protection law. Throughout her career, Braun has gained extensive experience in the commercialisation of intangible assets, specialising in licensing and sponsorship agreements across the sports and entertainment industries.

Denise Jagmetti

A partner in the insolvency & restructuring and in the litigation practice groups, Denise Jagmetti advises on complex restructuring and insolvency proceedings as well as all disputes relating to corporate and commercial law. A substitute judge at the Zurich Bankruptcy & Restructuring Court since 2017, Jagmetti’s expertise spans national and cross-border insolvency cases. As a litigator, she often represents companies and individuals in court and has extensive experience regarding the recognition and enforcement of foreign court decisions.
