Wenger Vieli advised SWISS KRONO Group, a globally renowned manufacturer of wood-based materials, in the acquisition of Argolite. This acquisition enables the consolidation of synergies and growth opportunities within an increasingly competitive market while reaffirming a strong commitment to the domestic market and its presence in Switzerland.
Headquartered in Willisau, Argolite has been the exclusive Swiss producer of High-Pressure Laminate (HPL) in compliance with EN438 quality standards since 1953, employing approximately 80 professionals.
SWISS KRONO Group ranks among the world’s foremost manufacturers of wood-based materials, distinguished for its sustainable and innovative solutions in the flooring, interiors, and building materials sectors. The company is dedicated to circular materials for residential and workplace environments, employing approximately 5,000 individuals across ten production facilities worldwide.
