Wenger Vieli advises Apiax on sale to Behavox
Wenger Vieli advised Apiax, a Zurich-based regtech company and provider of embedded compliance software, on all Swiss legal aspects of its transaction to join Behavox. Behavox operates an AI-native controls platform serving banks, asset managers, hedge funds and commodity firms globally.
