Wenger Vieli advises List on its acquisition of BBA Innova
List Technology has acquired BBA Innova with the aim of a targeted portfolio expansion into the belt and roll cooling technology. List is a prominent player in the high-viscosity process solutions sector. With over 50 years of experience, the company based in Arisdorf, primarily focuses on the manufacturing of polymers and elastomers. From the other side, BBA Innova specializes in the continuous cooling, solidifying, and breaking of viscous materials in the process industry, holding a strong commitment to research and development in this field.
Wenger Vieli has advised List Technology, a developer and manufacturer of kneading reactors, on all Swiss legal matters in connection with its acquisition of BBA Innova. Executed on 1 September 2023, this strategic move broadens List Technology’s portfolio in band and roller cooling technology, opening up new market opportunities.
