Wenger Vieli advises TriNetX on its acquisition of Clinerion

Wenger Vieli advised TriNetX, a portfolio company of Carlyle, on its acquisition of Clinerion, a Swiss-based subsidiary of Norstella. Through a new multi-faceted, long-term agreement Norstella with Clinerion and TriNetX expand the world’s leading research network for real-world data (RWD) and are on a mission to create one of the most complete real-world data footprints in the pharmaceutical industry.

Headquartered in Basel, Clinerion is a worldwide leader in medical data informatics, improving efficiency in treatments for patients and accelerating clinical research. Its network spans over more than 75 healthcare organizations across 25 countries.

TriNetX is a global network of healthcare organizations and life sciences companies driving real-world research to accelerate the development of novel therapies.
