Wenger Vieli advises Verium with its vehicle of CHF 120m

Wenger Vieli has acted as Swiss legal counsel of Verium on the closing of its first continuation vehicle Verium I SCSp regarding Toradex Group and MiT Energie Holding at CHF 120 million.

Verium I SCSp was capitalised by a group of experienced secondary investors led by Headway Capital. Kline Hill Partners acted as co-lead on the transaction and UBS Asset Management was a syndicate investor in the vehicle.
