Wenger & Vieli: Anna Tomaschek joins as associate

Anna Tomaschek (pictured) joins Wenger & Vieli law firm in the role of associate. She practices primarily in the areas of M&A, venture capital, private equity as well as general corporate and commercial law.

Prior to joining Wenger & Vieli, Anna Tomaschek worked for a number of law firms and financial institutions. She started her career as an associate director for Ubs Investment Bank. After spending five years with the bank, she transitioned into the private law practice with Lenz & Staehelin, followed by Homburger, Cms and Pestalozzi. Her most recent appointment was with Capital Dynamics, asset management firm, where she served as an interim legal counsel.
