Wenger Vieli appoints three new partners

Wenger Vieli has announced the appointments of three new partners: Claudia Keller, Patric Eggler and Daniel Oehri (pictured left to right). They will join the partnership of the Swiss law firm as of January 1, 2023 and will strengthen the areas of corporate and commercial law, intellectual property and advertising law, mergers and acquisitions, private equity, restructuring and insolvency, listed companies, tax law, technology law and data protection, as well as in the areas of our Start-up and Sports Desk.

Patric Eggler practices tax law and advises individuals, business owners as well as start-ups. He focuses on both succession planning and structuring of medium-sized companies, and on matters related to income and wealth taxes of entrepreneurs and families owning businesses. As member of the Start-up Desk and Sports Desk teams, he advises entrepreneurs, companies, as well as athletes, sports clubs, and federations. Prior to this he worked at Brauerei Hardwald.

Claudia Keller advises in the areas of intellectual property and advertising law, technology law and data protection supporting also the Start-up Desk and Sports Desk in these areas. In addition she is a lecturer in the field of data protection law and legal aspects of artificial intelligence.

Daniel Oehri practices general corporate and contract law as well as insolvency and stock exchange law. He regularly advises clients in connection with joint ventures, debt and equity financings, (distressed) M&A transactions, restructurings and insolvency proceedings, directors’ and officers’ liability as well as stock exchange reporting requirements and public takeover rules. Prior to this he worked as auditor and law clerk at the District Court of Meilen.
