Wenger Vieli incorporates new professionals to the firm

Wenger Vieli incorporates new professionals to the firm. Bruno Mahler (pictured left) returns to Wenger Vieli as a lawyer, where he was already a trainee. His practice focuses on contract, corporate and commercial law. Mahler assists clients with transactions in the areas of M&A, private equity and venture capital. As a notary of the Canton of Zug, he also provides notarial services.

Cindy Schnider (pictured centre) works in the field of VAT (Value Added Tax) consulting and compliance. Before her role at Wenger Vieli, she worked in the VAT department at Deloitte, gaining relevant professional experience in the field of VAT.

Massimiliano De Nando (pictured right) has joined Wenger Vieli as a junior lawyer at the beginning of September 2023. He is gaining the necessary experience for the bar exam during a one-year internship. Prior to this, he worked as legal employee at epartners Rechtsanwälte.

Joel Schmidt has also joined the firm as associate. He is primarily active in the areas of M&A, Venture Capital, and Private Equity, as well as general corporate, commercial, and contract law. Prior to this, he worked as junior lawyer at Homburger.
