Wenger Vieli advises Numarics on seed financing round
Wenger Vieli has advised Swiss FinTech company, Numarics on all legal matters related to its seed financing round. Numarics, a company specializing in mobile-driven finance and business management solutions, aims to revolutionize the way entrepreneurs approach their financial administration.
The seed round was co-led by UBS and FiveT Fintech, alongside the participation of Wingman Ventures and Seed X. This funding will not only support Numarics’ ongoing software development but also fuel its growth and expansion in the market.
