Wenger Vieli advises Sellers of Seervision in acquisition by QSC  

Wenger Vieli acted as the legal advisor to the sellers of Seervision, a Swiss company specializing in AI-driven camera automation solutions, in its acquisition by QSC. The partnership marks a significant milestone for Seervision, opening up new opportunities to expand its AI-driven camera automation software and deliver exceptional AV experiences to customers worldwide. 

Seervision, an ETH spin-off with offices in Zurich and Athens, has gained recognition for its innovative AI camera automation software, which offers cutting-edge solutions for the AV and IT industries. With this strategic acquisition, QSC and Seervision join forces to revolutionize these industries and establish a new standard of high-performance AV solutions.
