Wenger Vieli with InfoGuard on Com-Sys integration
Wenger Vieli advised InfoGuard on the integration of Communication Systems (Com-Sys) into the InfoGuard Group.
Pursuant to the deal, Com-Sys goes now under the name “InfoGuard Com-Sys” and operates under the brand addition “An InfoGuard Company”.
The merged entities combine over 350 employees, a cyber security portfolio and two Security Operations Centers in Germany and Switzerland.
