Snyk acquires Invariant Labs: the advisors
Snyck completed its acquisition Invariant labs, an AI security research company and spin-off of ETH Zurich based in Zurich. In connection with the deal, Wenger Vieli advised the shareolders of the selling part, while Vischer represented the buyer.
