Wenger Vieli with N-Dream on sale to KPIT Technologies

Wenger Vieli advised the shareholders of N-Dream, the Swiss company behind the in-car gaming platform AirConsole, in connection with the sale to software-defined vehicle development specialist KPIT Technologies.

Pursuant to the deal KPIT increases its stake in N-Dream to nearly 90%.
