PostFinance cedes Yuh stake to Swissquote: the advisors
PostFinance ceded its 50% stake in the fintech app Yuh to Swissquote Bank. In connection with the transaction, Lenz & Staehelin advised Swissquote, with Wenger Vieli representing PostFinance.
Pursuant to the deal, Swissquote now owns 100% of Yuh, currently valued at CHF 180 million.
Founded in 2021 as a joint venture between PostFinance and Swissquote, Yuh is a Swiss fintech app integrating mobile banking, payments, savings and trading into a single platform.
