Wenger Vieli with Verium on Swiss continuation vehicle for Sequotech

Wenger Vieli advised Verium on all Swiss legal matters in connection with the successful implementation of a Swiss continuation vehicle worth over CHF 130 million for Swiss IT service specialist Sequotech group.

As part of the transaction, Sagard Private Equity Solutions is participating as an institutional investor, while Verium investors and Sequotech employees will continue to benefit from Sequotech’s future growth.
