Wenger Vieli advises MENU Technologies on its partnership with PAR Technology

Wenger Vieli has advised the shareholders of MENU Technologies on all Swiss legal and tax aspects in a cross-border transaction whereby MENU has become part of the NYSE listed PAR Technology Corp. group.

Launched in 2014 as an innovative IT start-up in Switzerland, MENU has grown into a strong and sustainable company that enables sophisticated ecommerce for restaurant brands. As part of PAR Technology, the company is striving to support restaurant chains in enhancing customer experience and boosting their growth worldwide.
