Westhive raises CHF 6.3 million in series A financing round. The advisors 

Westhive, providers of flexible office space, successfully closes its Series A financing round raising CHF 6.3 million. The round is co-led by the Fairway Family Office and Redstone powered MA Ventures, the corporate venture capital fund with Genossenschaft Migros Aare cooperative. The financing round is completed by other private and institutional investors. 

The new funds will be used in particular to accelerate the expansion to additional locations and the further development of the software for the management of flexible workspaces. 

Walder Wyss advised the two lead investors, Fairway Family Office und MA Ventures, in connection with the transaction. The Walder Wyss team was led by head of Walder Wyss corporate/m&a team, partner Alex Nikitine (pictured right) and associate Erik Lanz (corporate/m&a, pictured left) and further included counsel Janine Corti (tax), managing associate Hugh Reeves (IT/IP, competition), associate Natascha Rizzi (tax), senior associate Julia Lehner (real estate) and managing associate Dzevrije Zendeli (corporate/m&a).
