Westiform, a German signage and POS systems specialist currently under administration, has struck a rescue deal with private equity house Pentapart. The sale was handled by consulting firm Saxenhammer. The company is the German subsidiary of Swiss Westiform Group.
A German-language statement said that the transaction was brokered by Dirk Pehl (pictured) of law firm Schultze & Braun in his capacity as Westiform administrator.
