Yves Mabillard promoted to partner at PBM

PBM Avocats lawyer Yves Mabillard (pictured), at the firm since 2022, has been promoted to partner, effective January 2025.

The profile

Yves Mabillard was admitted to the bar in 2002, and in 2005 joined Assista as a lawyer. In 2011, he moved to Tamisier Charbonnet & Associés, firm he worked at till 2022, the year he came to PBM. He also practices as a deputy military judge for the Swiss military court of Appeal. His practice as judge also extends to the social Insurance chamber of the Court of Justice, where he was elected in 2023. He is in charge of the firm’s insurance law department.
