Zahnarztzentrum.ch Group sold a majority stake: the advisor

The founders of the zahnarztzentrum.ch Group – one of the largest provider of dental services in Switzerland and currently operates 34 locations – entered into a share purchase agreement with Medbase, a subisidiary of Migros, regarding the sale of a majority stake of the zahnarztzentrum.ch Group. The transaction is subject to approval by the Swiss merger control authorities. Medbase, an outpatient healthcare provider in Switzerland, complements its portfolio of medical care with dentistry services with this acquisition.
